Pheasant is by far the best eating game bird I've ever had! Man, I miss getting to hunt them and quail!!!

No lie, they taste just like chicken. Even as I cleaned the birds I could see the color of the meat was just like chicken. Olive oil, bacon, pheasant breast. 290 degrees for 3 hours. Mashed it all up and mixed it in with Turkey stovetop. Man, I love me some pheasant.
