Yes they do....Just remember to practice on something else before you start with the lure...also you may want to take a pencil and draw what you want on the lure then paint it on...

I use to carve my own baits, and paint them with paint brush. Here is a popper below that i carved/painted, just never took the dremel and made the popper part.
