Cheers Trout and Reds today 4-2-13

Day 2 with James Young. The girls stayed at home today and James and I fished. We left out of the Reel Inn Lodge right before day break. James was reeling in a 3 pound trout on his first cast before the sun made it over the horizon. A few cast later and I was reeling one in. We were off to a good start as the big hogs were feeding under a big school of mullet. We had the fish coming in steadily all on Matrix Shad Green Hornet tightlined slowly. We left the area to check another location that has been producing only to find a few fish. Our next stop had several fish coming in one after another then the wind picked up and slowed things down. We scouted a few other areas finding clean water but no trout willing to bite. Plan B was put into affect and it was red fish on!!!!! We finished loading up the big Yeti with red fish then called it a day at 12:00. Good times had and plenty fish caught. Thanks again James for the great company and good time fishing!!
