email from white house on gun control

I received the same email today but I don't understand what "common sense" they are referring to. It doesn't make sense to me to impose more regulations on law abiding citizens. Criminals are going to be criminals, plain and simple. No amount of regulation will change that. Enforce the laws already in place and get the criminals off the street then the criminal use of guns goes away. Now that's "common sense"!
