I imported his pic, scaled the ice chest to that measurment. Then I pulled a measurment on the fish. Comes out to 21 13/16" I dont know how close that is. I'd imagine a + or - 1" or so.

Being that it is a 94qt igloo marine cooler in the pic i agree that the trout is 21-22".
