Default Gi 5/11 & 5/12

Yesterday the rain was bad in the morning. Had a little window at noon but only made it out for about an hour before the next batch of storms kicked up. Picked up 5 solid trout. The biggest one was close to 4lbs. Then the monsoon starts...water temp drops 5 degrees and strong NE winds decided to go back after the rain around 5. They were still holding in the same area just changed the quality of the fish. Ended the day with 13 trout and a small red.

5/12
We didn't fish this morning due to high winds and high pressure lingering. Went out around 2. Water was a little cloudier but still fishable. Managed 33 mostly 13-14 males with a few 17-20 inch fish mixed in. Going home in the morning so I'm probably done fishing for a couple of weeks.

Most of em under a cork. It was a slow bite though most of the week. Just let it drift in the current and pop it every once in a while.
