I don't think he said anymore than 16 days. Duck Enticer may have heard otherwise. I can't see them increasing limit and days.

I agree. I do not think it can be extended past SEPT. I guess if we get the 16 days which is due to the count being over I think 3 million teal then it will help us with them extending the extra 2 bird limit. However, if count does not give us the 16 day season I highly doubt they will give us the extra 2 bird limit.
