Have heard the Sheriffs deputys suggest having a loaded gun or two in your possession at all times.

X2. We have a location in George West TX and I've herd some bad stories from that area.

I stayed in George West once and, didn't have any issues. We were working in 3 Rivers, about 20 miles away. The only problem was the buzzards!

Yeah I don't think our guys have any problems in George West but we do work all over the state.
