I dont think he was asking about Tournament Rules, he asked what the LAW was? Ive come to the conclusion that the law is you can fish any "Navigable Waterway" except when the "Navigable Waterway" is on someones property with: 1. Lots of pull with LEO 2. Lots of money 3. Lots of oil on property (which would refer you back to points 1 and 2) |
