My traps were inspected by a LDWF enforcement officer and passed. You can't even tell what the orientation of my trap is from that picture.

I think he was just looking out for your best interesest and not trying to bust you.

Anyone out to the west use the rings? I have a dozen that i use on the Point Aux Chene Reserve I can normally catch my limit in an hour so if they running good. We use leg quarters for bait. There is a guy that come to the Raceland Farmers Market every Saturday Morning that sells them. I think he gets $130 a dozen maybe a little more. They hand made and hold up very well.
