Default Memorial weekend/ BL and Basin
Haven't been to the lake since last October so my buddy and I decide to get away from bass fishing for a while and try to catch some specs. We fish the southeast area of the lake with plastics and live. Mostly had a slow day, with some occasional spurts of fish. Ended up with 14 trout and plenty throwback reds and undersize trout. Then Monday I went back to bass fishing and caught 40-50 before noon in the basin! Mostly on top water but it didn't matter because shad were flying through the air everywhere!

Nice catch,I could use a good bass trip,been years since I caught a pile of bass.
