Default Where to buy Pork Steaks in Lake Chuck ?

I really want to throw some on the smoker this weekend, where is the best place to buy or does it work out better to purchase and cut a Boston Butt ?

SAMs has some nice ones. Also holliers in sulphur. I bought a bunch from SAMs for a group a while back and they were legit pork steaks.

X3. I buy mine from Browns in Hackberry on sale. They slice and wrap for free and best part is no tax in Hackberry on food.

We get all of our ribeyes, ground meat and strips from Sams, just never looked for "pork-steaks" before...

Looking fwd to giving them a whirl ...

Pork Rib Eye steak or Pork T-Bones are far superior to any steak cut from a Butt.

I can't help you on where to buy that in Lake Chuck but Rouses has that often by my house. If I was going to smoke some pork I'd do a pork tenderloin or a butt. A good pork steak does well on the grill.

Look for country style ribs. Thats my favorite to grill. its a thick cut from the butt. With or with out the bone.
