I have but not that bad.
Usually just told that there is no reason for me to drive such a big truck and that I hurting the environment and should be ashamed of myself. They have no idea what I use the truck for.

never had that happen when I was in my diesel but if that crazy lady came up to me I would probably rev up the engine and let the black smoke roll out...
