Pickles are super easy to put up. Just put up 2 mason jars of them today. Wish my darn plants would get with it...
I usually dont even bother boiling off the pots at the end unless i have a whole bunch. Fresh pickles will last 6-8 weeks in the fridge, and mine never make it that long...  Love adding in fresh dill from the garden as well.
