Bourbon balsamic pasta salad
image.jpg I mixed equal parts bourbon and the balsamic vinegar and lightly seasoned with salt and garlic powder then topped it with some dried basil. I was in a hurry, so I threw it in the microwave for about a minute to fuse them together. I mixed it in with the pasta along with a cucumber and tomatoes. It came out freaking awesome for a quick and somewhat healthy dressing |

I was really surprised when it was. I made a small batch first because most of my concoctions are a failure. This one is going in the note pad though!
You make the tri-tip and I'll bring the pasta salad !!! Looks like you have a better taste in beer than me so your buying! |
