Default lacassine 6/22/13

Hit up lacassine this morning and caught the fever. Im officially hooked. I love fishing this type of cover. Ended the day with 30. 25 bream 3 goggle eye and 2 bass. Bass were caught on a 6" luck e strike curl tail worm. Weightless with 2/0 off brand wide gap hook. Everything else was on worms. Must have caught over 150 bream. Most were small but kept 25 good ones. Bass were perfect whole fryers. Going again in the morning

Nice haul. Gonna make a run this afternoon when I get off while the wife is workin'. That little store in Hayes carries worms, right?

Im not sure. I know they carry crickets though. I just got my worms from walmart. Also dug some out of my flower bed. I ran through alot. I bought two cups of 30 plus what I dug up and even cut most in half lol. They dont last long. Dang I wosh I knew when my wife was getting off I'd meet ya there. I've been itching to go back already. I want to give the bass a chance but I love some bream

Box of Night Crawler worms are $3.18 @ the store in Hayes.( Cajun Grocery ) Not exactly sure how many are in there, but I usually come back with some left in my box after catching 25+!!

at walmart you get 18 night crawlers for $2.98 so im assuming you get about the same there? do they sell red worms? im not a fan of nightcrawlers. even if you cut them in chunks they don't seem to work as well as red worms or wigglers IMO
