Never said I couldn't afford to spray paint them. Said I couldn't afford new ones. The whole point of this thread was to inquire as to whether painting them all black or brown was effective at decoying birds. So by deduction, I can afford "$1 Walmart spraypaint" and have the intention of repainting them. At the moment though, I do not intend to repaint them to their original colors.
