Can you send me some pictures of it on your boat?

The thing I don't like about it after looking at it online is when it's stowed, it blocks your line of sight while driving. How ever that looked like it was on a pathfinder. Yours maybe different.

I stopped and looked at a 2104 again today and two things caught my eye.....

1. The rod boxes.... Can you even fit spinning rods in there?? Seems like the larger ferrules may interfere with the rod tubes.

2. The rod boxes double as a fish box, but these "boxes" are not completely sealed of from the forward storage under the front deck thus letting fish/ice into the other compartment.

Other than those two things, the boat was nicely put together.

The 2nd and 3rd holes, u can put a spinning rod. 1st hole it wont work.

I would suggest using the rod lockers as a fish box...

If I do get the boat I was going to use one as a fish box but after seeing how the compartment is open to the deck storage compartment I'm going to pass on that idea.

Kyle will be more than happy to hook you up Monday. You wanting to look at the 2104?

Make sure you tell him you're a member of SaltyCajun.

Yea, I've been going back and forth with him.

Just looked at a few different ones, then got an invite from Alphaman to check out his frontier... I'm impressed. The room inside was unexpected, paper specs didnt do it justice.

I was just reading that you can swap out the ECU for about $600 and convert the 200 to a 250 (one forum even suggest you can go up to the 300). Would be interesting to see what such conversion would do for a Frontier although I am sure you would run into all kinds of warranty issues...

How fast is fast enough.

Someone needs to put the 200 SHO on a BlackJack 224 then put the 300 ECM in it. Then you would be saving some real money.

evidently it's a lot more expensive to go up to the 300 due to the electronic controls...

more interested in cruising speeds. my guess it would add 5-10mph???
