we ended up going and having a really nice trip. we wasnt able to fish friday but we did fish thursday and did good. caught 20 specks, 2 reds, and a big flounder. then saturday we got out and caught 11 specks, 8 really nice reds, and another really big flounder. all in all, for a weekend that almost got called off, we did really well and had a great/relaxing time.

Heckuva lot better than dropping 4x the money to watch the rain in Destin. And no, I didn't go thank the heavens!
