I need a little help

Can someone explain to me how to post some information on here from a PDF file? I have some pretty good information i would like to share with yall, but i dont know how to extract it from PDF to here. I will try something on this post, but im not to convinced that it will work...

Yea... I tried that, but its to big.. It exceeds the alowable file size. And i cant resize it unless I upgrade, but thats gonna cost me money..
