At the end of the day, there are confirmed witnesses stating TM was ON TOP of GZ straddling him hitting him MMA style. GZ's injuries are consistent with getting the back of his head slammed against the concrete.

At that point any reasonable person in that scenario would defend his LIFE.

This is a CRIMINAL trial not a CIVIL one.
