Good catch Jordan.

I was also out on Big Lake yesterday during the afternoon but I was going after some shrimp. Shrimping was a little slow, but the shrimp were nice size [15 to 35 count]. It took a little over 3 hours to get 25 lbs. and this did not leave any time to fish.

At 3 PM when I was headed down south......the water was almost calm and several big storms in the area. I tallked to a guy at Hebers that said they had done fairly well and that there were lots of birds working. As I road south, I did not see any flocks of birds working and when I was headed back to the launch, it was getting dark and I did not see any birds.

The water was pouring out of the wier very hard when I left.
