Looks like "Ooops" did a pretty darn good job there. My Cajun Grandmother from Sorrento made the best. She taught me how to cook a lot of cajun dishes but I never helped her make the bisque. Now she's gone and it too late. People are so busy working theses days no one has the time to make crawfish bisque. Grandma was home all day, so if it took all day to make it....Oh well
