Default Tonites Supper..

I thought I'd try my version of GoM shrimp and Grits.. Roasted garlic, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions.. Over some yellow grits, cooked in a seafood stock.. Topped with Slices parm cheese and onion tops.. With some garlic sourdough bread.. Yumm.. I over did the bread , but I like it a little dark..LOLLL
