Pan Fried Redfish In A Salad?

M, I see that you changed your avatar. Cant go wrong with B.M. and Ghostbusters.lol. Been panfrying mine in a good drizzle of olive oil, a half stick of butter, and a spoon of bacon fat. Thin fillets brown up nicely in a cast iron skillet like this. Speaking of crab boil my wife was collecting seeds and leaves from our herbs this weekend. Lots of basil leaves and the whole house smelled of boling crabs the whole weekend. I was not complaining at all. The herbs smelled wonderful.
