Do you have a trolling motor? Sometimes it is almost impossible to keep up with trout, they can move very quick. Right now I would pay attention to shrimp popping out the water. Tale sign trout are chasing them. Start around the mud point/trash pile area and look for action to the north twards avery and commercial canal. Blue point, the cove, hammock point are good areas this time of the year too. Like mentioned already get a hook and line map for v bay it shows most of the popular areas with gps coords. Get a good set of binoculars and scan the water for shrimp popping/and or sea gulls diving. Motor up and kill your motor a good distance away from the area. Always position your boat to go with the wind/tide. A easy way to catch them is with a glow sparkle beetle on a 1/8 oz jighead about 2 1/2 to 3 foot under a cork.
