Cheers 8-15-13 trout slam

Joey, Bubby, John Lupo, and Scott Hebert joined me last night for a good trout slam. We left out of The Reel Inn Lodge and had a nice moonlight ride to the fishing grounds. Arriving on location we found the trout busting shrimp on the surface. Right away we started reeling in some nice specks. Each stop produced 10-15 fish then the bite would stop. So we just kept moving around putting 10-15 fish at each stop, until we had over 100 fish iced down in the K2. Joey had to get to work and I had a morning charter so we left the fish biting just shy of our five man limit. Double rigged Matrix shad (Green Hornet) and glow/chart Cocodrie Cocahoes did the trick. Good times busting up the specks, thanks again guys.
Give me a call if your looking to beat the heat and fill the box.
