I've had sleep paralysis about 10 times in the last year.. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'll be sleeping then i'll wake up and it feels like theres a ghost or something holding me down and i can't move or talk. all i can hear is a loud buzzing sound. All this is happening and you super p.o.'ed and scared. You just want to kick that whatever's butt. You can't even move a finger it just feels like theres something big and unnatural holding you in spot. You can see everything around you so you know that your awake too. Its stupid frikin scary and weird then all of a sudden you'll just snap out of it and be sweating with anger. NOT FUN AT ALL

One time i kicked the crap out of my g/f cat when i snapped out of it lol

I had that happened one time, thought I was just going crazy or it was a wierd dream
