I don't really think the e-cigarettes are a good thing. To me you are only trading one habit for another. My f-i-l's buddy likes to say he hasn't smoked a cigarette since March, but the amount of the liquid/vapor he sucks out of the e-cig is like smoking five packs a day. Plus, my wife went to a smoking cessation seminar and they said that one of the ingredients in the liquid is basically antifreeze.
