He said how it works is they will go head first to get to the bait, but the trick is, they will fold their front legs back to get down the pipe. once they are in the pipe, they can't back out of it. He said either choot em while they are in the pipe or pop a cap in their azz when you pull them out. Not sure about the exact dimensions I listed, but might google and find something.

BTW. I've heard before people selling live coyotes to people that run dogs on them in big fenced pens. There used to be one of these pens off Holbrook Park road southeast of DeQuincy. Not sure if they still do that but might be something to look into. ??? $$
Yep, they will get $100 for a live one in N La (Lincoln Parish). Use em in fox pens for foxhounds training and trials.

Duck Butter is right about the compensatory breeding. You have to stay after them to keep numbers down.

That is a good idea about the pipe trap. I might try to look that up on you tube.

in urban terms compensatory reproduction is like this:

Shuntae gots 5 brothas and sistas and her auntie has 6 chirren as well. On the other side of town La-A (La dash a) gots the same amount of brothas and sistas and auntie too. Shuntae and La-A got beef with one another and they don't hang out in one anothers hood. Well, some outsiders (hunters) come in and start bustin caps up in there and killing Shuntae and La-A's peeps. Shuntae and La-A say aint nobody got time for that and realize their numbers are down and got to roll out on these new folks that are up in their hood. La-A and Shuntae sqaush that beef they had and they start hanging out and they start multiplying.

thats all I got, have to stop there, but you get the gist

I raise cattle and all I have is some Jenny's ( female donkeys ). the problem withe putting jacks ( males) in the hers is they will kill the calves sometimes. Just wanted to warn you on that. I hunt coyotes for other cattle people that I know. If you still need help let me know and we can get together and hunt them.
