Moon Phase and Tides

Man, thats a good question i was also wondering if the moon has any effect on the trout moving in close to the pass and moving back offshore. I know they come in to passes to spawn. with the water condition the way they are it seems like they should be stacked up on the outside. 2 weekends ago found some trout but in dirty water. Last weekend water was good but everyone posted there were no trout being caught on the outside.
