My experience someone like this will get someone hurt or killed.
Been in very bad areas in California and you get a partner like this and pull up to a hostile situation its over with you lost control quickly.

That why people in Baton Rouge want 1 department.
We got three depts (Sheriff, Constable, City Police).
Two of the three work together.
Baton Rouge City Police all have huge ego's like they are better which they are not.
Ego getting them in more trouble than them actually doing their job.

Lake Charles has State Troopers, City, Sheriff, US Border and customs, Marshal, Game Warden.

I have seen a game warden pull backup on a DWI stop for the city at my old residence.

Talk about over policing. They STAY on the south end of the city. Their presence is noticeably less in the north side. Guess they'd rather write seat belt tickets, speeding tickets, and being in a turning lane for too long.

Welcome to the police state!!

yea and when they aren't in south LC, they drive right through north LC (only looking straight cuz they may see an actual crime go down) and sit in Moss Bluff and catch people speeding as they cross the calcasieu river lol
