Default Torn ACL
Just found out I have a torn ACL in my left knee. Love to hunt and fish. Wanted to find out from anyone else who has gone through this if they had any tips or info on recuperating. Doc wants to try therapy first. Surgery would be done if knee starts to give out.

My brother had a torn ACL, he was down about 6 weeks till he was back to walking normal. Your not a pro athlete so recouperating from it will not be as bad.
