Then you sear it in a cast iron skillet in pastured pork lard from a pig we bought from another local farmer. Cook a sweet potato and some green beans and you got a nice little meal goin

That's a nice finishing job for grass. We could only do that well on pasture by turning them loose in the purple top turnips.

That's actually not even a finished steak. That's just the grassfed beef we sell at the farmers market.
