Yeah awesome music.
Knowing how big a jokester Maynard is I can't help but think he named the bad tool just to laugh at the people wearing the shirts and rocking the stickers.

What year did you see them ?
Your the only person I have ever heard say that about tool live. It sucks they had problems for you but they are one of the best live bands going today. I have talked to people that got drug to shows including my friends preacher father who were not tool fans and the shows blew their minds. I have seen them 3 times and Puscifer , NIN and Metallica are the only ones who have came close to their live performances.

When I said "they blew something major" I meant something electronic, the show was good. This was probably late 90's, at UNO. It didn't last long maybe 5 minutes they got right back to raock. The Melvins opened up for them if I remember right. I seen Mettalica around the same time in Lafayette for the ReLoad tour, I rathered that show onl because we were 10' from the band, Tool we had bleacher seats.
