Sounds weird but DAMN!!! It's that good!!

I was at a friend's house when they did the egg cracking deal, once. It was all good till the next guy came by and stirred it! That yoke made one heckuva mess in that gumbo. Tasted fine but the color was all wrong.

I'm tellin ya, boil em...crack em...soak em. They come out great!
