Default Burns Point 11-9-13

Went fish with my younger cousin and my dad today and the fish were pretty scattered today workedhard for them. Managed to catch 26 my dad an cousin were struggling and caught 5 each I caught the other 16.

I've been fishing it for a few years now and trout are normally harder to come by unless run out to the reefs. Redfish and catfish normally make a good catch most the time. Like any other place in VB beat the bank with some shrimp under a cork, spinnerbaits, or rattle traps work well for reds. Few canals with deep holes shrimp on the bottom and sometimes mullet or pogy. Ever wanna make a trip if i'm free could show you a few spots. Lot of area to fish there and not highly pressured much. Think total boats around us Sat. was maybe 6
