Default Plans for the weekend
Anybody going fishing this weekend??

I'll be going to Venice Thursday night, fish offshore Friday (hopefully), come home Saturday, go try out around V Bay Sunday if the weather permits.

I am going to try and go on Sunday, but outlook doesn't look too good:

Wednesday Night: Scattered showers and thunderstorms, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 68. South wind between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Cloudy, with a high near 79. South wind between 10 and 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Thursday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely before 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 67. South wind 5 to 15 mph becoming west. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 78. Windy, with a north wind between 20 and 25 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 60. North wind between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 74. North wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Just found out our trip for Friday got cancelled because the are calling for 5-6 ft seas. So now we're going to the camp in Port Barre, sit on the porch and pass a good time!

Looks like the winds will hold off Fishing until Mon.. for me....As of now there calling for 20-25mph into Fri night and Saturday....

i goin fishing, come hell or low water i chickend out last weekend but i got multiple game plans no matter what the weather gods throw at us !!! plus i wanna test out the new trolling motor

Keep me posted. None of that 4 am crap! LMAO!!!

I'd love to go with someone or even by myself but, the best way for me to have to work a weekend is to make plans!I guess I'll go one day if I wake up and no one tells me I have to work and assuming the crawfish skiff can get to an area.
