That's a big old boy right there.
When a fella I use to hunt with would kill one like that he would take out his pocket knife and cut a chunk of meat out the hind quarter, bring it back to the camp and pan fry it in a skillet. If it tasted okay he would clean it, if it didn't it would be coyote feed.
