I killed one about the same size on thanksgiving day. I won't clean one that big. But I was always told that if they dot smell too bad and you cut the nuts and throat right away the meat will be okay. But I'm not risking it.

cutting the throat is to bleed the hog out, you do this on all of them male or female

cutting the nuts is pointless on a dead hog, unless you are looking for something to play with
