The biggest problem with the in office is that the concentration of the "Bleach" is high, so it can cause the teeth to become sensitive. What about OTC type whiteners such as toothpaste, strips, etc? Any good reccomendations on these? With all of the coffee I drink they I have noticed that my teeth starting to slightly yellow.
