Feet change color secondary to hormone changes in breeding season. Has absolutely nothing to do w new birds. Hope this helps. We are seeing birds paired already and lots of courting flights( a bunch of drakes and one hen)

I thought it meant they just flew down from Saskatchewan... Their feet are still frozen
