What do you mean when u say specks on the belly? Did it have the black bars on its belly, or white splotches? Leucism is common in waterfowl (lack of pigment) so curious if it had the dark splotches like a speck. Can you show us a pic of the breast??

It had dark specks like a speck. No picks of the chest dropped him off to my taxidermist. He said he's only seen a couple but he confirmed.

My uncle does taxidermy work. And I get a lot of work done at marshland taxidermy.

Not all of them. A grown up blue is an eagle head. Some blues turn white.

Biologist buddy said it looks like a hybrid but he is goin by today to look at it.
