Man there is something great about a good pit. I love it when you can walk by them and smell the smoke.
I really like the sliding racks you have. That is a sweet set up. 120 on the quarters is awesome.
You feed it wood or charcoal? Mixter?

That's a sweet pit. If there is room for more racks you could increase that 120#s to 200 to 250#s of chicken. Is it wood with gas assist.
