Sunday's BBQ'd Chicken
Finally getting around to posting Sunday's cook. I picked up some leg quarters and split breast(which were so big I had to cut them in two)from Zuppardo's on Saturday and bbq'd them Sunday afternoon.
The Keg was loaded with chicken and chicken fajita sausages Finishing up some legs and leg quarters and some boudin I picked up at Poche's in Breaux Bridge last weekend on the way home from retreat Served with potato salad, cole slaw and some doctored up canned baked beans, oh and some mac & cheese too. Caluda's King Cake for dessert. Delicious meal and dessert!!!! |

Looking good as always Nate. I think we were all starting to have withdrawals from your post......... Anyways, tell me more about this chicken fajita sausage!

The sausage was something I picked up at Sam's a while back. Not bad!
