I live in the subdivision just to the East of that property.
They installed that new water well last year just to flood that property. I'm sure they do pretty well. Lots of shooting every time there were trucks parked there. I can hear every shot from my house on a Saturday or Sunday morning right at daylight when I'm trying to sleep in.
