Heads Up! Steaks Goin On The Grill!!!!

Yesterday while at Costco I saw some USDA Prime Top Sirloin steaks and grabbed them for grilling today. Got the grill heating up right now.

Late yesterday afternoon I decided to grill some Prime steaks I picked up at Costco for a really good price.
Got the Keg heated and tossed on some green onion sausage I pulled from the freezer. Still frozen I just put them around the edge of the grate to thaw and cook slowly.
These were delicious!

Starting with and ice cold Yuengling made it go down good and fast but I had a backup close at hand.

Steaks were seasoned with just fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.

Served with mashed potatoes and carrots = Great Meal!

I almost forgot, I squeezed fresh lemon juice over the steaks just before removing them from the grill and added a little garlic butter with parsley. Mmmmmm......
