Crazy they only killed 6 birds and half of the birds killed were in the same area.

Man I honestly thought the turkey was still in the tree when he shot. Very possible that he shot him out the tree but you never know. He shot once, right around 7am. I killed that one the day before at 7:30 and he hadn't been out tree long. The shot was no more than 150-200 yards from me right where gobbler was gobbling from. Had another one still gobbling across another slough but we had to double back to get there. By time we got there he was gone. I was trying to get one for my buddy. He's never killed one. He was crushed yesterday when that shot went off. We thought for sure we had him.
