Well it's not a canine. No canine uses it's front legs like arms. At first glance, it resembled part kangaroo. I'll have to drink another beer and think about it some more.

Looks like a raccoon with mange. But if it is a chupacabra, that's not really the stuff of nightmares.

Got some long legs for a coon and the back is arched pretty good too. Maybe raccoon and kangaroo
