Cheers Mixed Box 4-10-14

Marvin Travasos, Robert Kidder, and Aaron Groen joined me today. Marvin could not get enough last week and is back for two more days!! We left out of the lodge at daybreak and commenced to slinging nice trout up to 17 inches at our first stop. Marvin also added a nice red to the box. When things slowed me made a move to a reef and started catching trout up to 19inches. Our next stop was another reef that had smaller trout we had to cull through but still added a good 15-20 to the box. Matrix Shad Tiger and Blueback Highlife Swimmer Jrs produced all of our trout today. We switched gears and went soak some shrimp adding a variety to the K2 of reds, Bay snapper, and a few fresh water cats. We were going to make one more stop, but on our way we rode up on a boat with three passengers that had sank. We quickly stopped and got them into the Bluewave and recovered all of their gear that was floating. We called Terrebonne Water Patrol and waited for their arrival. Everyone was safe and secure thank goodness , hopefully they can recover the boat. Big thanks to Terrebonne Water Patrol as these guys do a great job everyday helping our people on the water. Thanks to my customers for another blessed day on the water.
